Oneill Original 2/1mm Glideskin Back Zip Jacket
O’Neill’s Men’s original 2/1mm Glideskin Back Zip Jacket is a design that really loops back around to classic neoprene jacket designs with that long back zip extending halfway up the back. The logic behind the design here is sound; getting in and out of neoprene is hard but a zip makes it easy, and keeping the top half of the back as a continuous piece of neoprene makes it more flexible which is great for paddling efficiency.
Fitted out with flexible UltraFlex DS Neoprene, you’ll be keeping warm without burning up energy unnecessarily fighting against stiff neoprene. The exterior lining of the neoprene is Glideskin – a smooth material that’s hydrophobic (won’t soak up water) and absorbs heat from the sun. This means that you’re less prone to wind chill and you’ll be feeling warm despite how thin the neoprene is.
